This is the finished book project I've been working on for the last couple weeks...
You might remember that I began with a plain old Reader's Digest book from the thrift store...
After adding some personality to it, I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out.
I love to use little pieces of "junque" (get it? daily junque?)
Good thing my word was short... I don't have many of these Scrabble tiles left anymore...
A bit of smudged paint (it is
SO much fun to play with your fingers in the paint!), a piece of measuring tape, a few select stamped words and it was all done.
Who doesn't love cherries???

I've loved seeing each page it has be inspiring.... so much so I'm on the look out for a suitable book to altered one myself
