One of my favorite totems is a heart. For all my life I've loved- and created and collected- hearts in every form. From shining silver charms, to stuffed hearts made with well loved quilts or a beautiful velvet, to a wooden heart carved for me by The Husband, there's never a heart that doesn't touch mine! 

Working on Valentine projects is always a joy for me since it's chock full of hearts. Plus the fact that red is my favorite color doesn't hurt either!
