sparkle on...

In the tradition of reduce-reuse-recyle... here is a little project for the weekend.

Go through your spices... c'mon, you KNOW you've got some that are probably past their expiration date. I try to do this regularly. 
Now, instead of throwing out those little bottles, clean them out and reuse to store glitter!

If you're anywhere near a dollar store or a thrift shop, pick up a few salt & pepper shakers, some sugar jars, anything with a lid... if it's got a shaker or pour top, even better.

It's certainly a lot prettier than the plastic jars that most of this originally came in.
