Banana Banana Bread
Combine flour, soda and salt; in a separate bowl, cream butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well-blended. Stir in flour mixture, just till moistened. Add pecans, if desired. Pour batter into a greased 9"x5" loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes or till loaf tests done.
