bursting with excitement...

I really am such a lucky duck... the Summer issue of Somerset Studio Gallery is coming out soon and I have two features in it!

Somerset Studio Gallery Summer 2016 — Available June 1st

Somerset Studio Gallery is filled with hundreds of samples of extraordinary artwork presented up close and in detail.
In this issue, Terri Kolte presents her 3-D collaged canvases full of texture, sparkle, and vintage charm. Juli Steel transforms her flea market finds into a quirky and altered bird assemblage, and Lisa Goodman’s canvases exude subtlety, minimalism, and texture. Read the tutorials for Cathy Bluteau’s wood block whimsical houses and Mary Walden’s repurposed Rolodex that showcases family memories. Also in this issue, Lisa Bebi shares her technique for mixing Karo Syrup and watercolors to create beautiful high gloss pieces of art.
Last week the editor sent the articles for proofing and as usual the photography was fantastic (I sure wish they could take all the photos for my blog. hahaha). I'm counting the days...

If you get a chance to read it, I hope you enjoy it!

xo,
