fairy tags...

I've said it before- I love shipping tags... the color, the feel, the "office"-vibe. They are beyond versatile, easily taking on any style/technique/creative idea you can come up with. And I can buy them in bulk by the hundreds!

For today, I used a strip of sheet music and then began to layer some die-cut tags with the cutest little fairies from Lisa's Altered Art. 

Another great reason to try shipping tags is that they take to machine stitching beautifully. I don't know if it's their weight, but the needle and thread slide through just butter!

Loving the way they are turning out. Now all that's missing is some pretty seam binding tied at the top...
